Kibo Home is a family based homestay with 2 private and 6 double rooms with shared bathrooms located in Moshi town with a friendly family of Mother and her three children ready to invite and accommodate guests of different interests. Apart from the rooms, the house has a comfortable living room, dinning room, parking and the outside part with gardens and fence surrounding all the compound ensuring good security. Both family members are open minded ready to share local and foreign experiences with our guests as well as providing guidance to our guests to all inquiries within our abilities. All family members speaks fluent English and Swahili language, but with great urge of learning more foreign languages when there will be enough time to share experiences with our guests.

About the Area
The house is located near Serengeti Breweries TPC road and 200 meters from AFM Hotel. From the house there are always mini buses (Dala dala) to town for only 5 to 10 minutes while on the other hand walking from the house to town takes about 15 minutes. From the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport - KIA) the distance to the house is 49 kms. The house is within a very friendly neighborhood with people ready to help and support each other in case of any urgent inquiries. While staying with us guests will have opportunities to explore Moshi town and rural as well where we have attractions of nature like Mountain Kilimanjaro, waterfalls in Marangu, Lakes in the neighboring district as well as big plantations of coffee, sugarcane and bananas.

House Rules
We love all our guests and we are ready to cooperate with any inquiries in one way of supporting you but kindly you need to accept the following conditions for our family:
1. Smoking indoor is not allowed in our family but in case of outdoor smoking its ok.
2. Coming late at night after 11:30pm without notification
3. Coming in with friends who are not part of the family or guests we accepted to stay with us.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
