These light-filled antique rooms are perfectly in the heart of Istanbul. It is a little townhouse that has been recently restored and is well-equipped. We are pleased to provide our visitors with our good insider knowledge, so they can get the most out of the lovely Istanbul!

House Rules
- Cleanliness: We respectfully ask that our guests not leave the listing in a condition that needs extensive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, Hard to clean stains from food or cosmetic products, etc.).
- Litter: We kindly ask our guests to place their trash in specified waste bins and to be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
- Item Damage: In the case of item damage that exceeds normal wear and tear, we expect guests to notify us as soon as possible and work with us to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable compensation if they are responsible for the damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
- Approved Number Of Guests: We respectfully request that our guests adhere to the approved number of guests in their reservation. Disruptive gatherings are never permitted.
- Noise: Guests should respect the houses' quiet hours (23:30 - 7:30) and refrain from making disruptive noises in the side rooms or the surrounding community (ex: loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
- Commercial Film And Photography: Guests should not take part in filming that is intended for commercial use or profit unless the Host gives prior approval.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
