Set in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains, Rujuna Hilltop offers a bed and breakfast with a garden, free private parking, and a shared lounge. The property is located within 26 km of Kibale National Park. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, room service, and free WiFi throughout the property.
The guesthouse has ten bedrooms, five of which have en-suite bathrooms. We offer Internet access, DStv and suitable conference facilities. The house has a comfortable lounge area where guests can sit and relax, or walk onto the balcony where they can enjoy their meals. If the air is a bit cool, you can have your meal in the dining room
Breakfast is available every morning, and includes à la carte, continental, and Full English/Irish options. Our in-house chef can prepare African, American, and British cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options can also be requested.
The area is popular for cycling, hiking, and chimp trekking. Bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation. Queen Elizabeth National Park is 75 km from Rujuna Hilltop, while Semuliki National Park is 61 km away. The nearest airport is Kasese Airport, 70 km from the house.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
