BURJ KHALIFA CONDO VIEW PREMIUM DOWNTOWN 8MINS DRIVE TO DUBAI MALL
I love hosting people and would love to present this elegant Burj Khalifa 2 bedroom condo 8mins drive to Dubai Mall downtown. With state-of-the- art facilities, and luxury finish with 4 large balconies. The space is Perfect for a Single traveller or a couple. Located just 8 minutes away from Dubai Terminal 3 International Airport and Dubai Mall. You will love how convenient the location is and beautiful.
The Space:
One bedroom with Bathroom dedicated to the bedroom. The apartment offers high speed wifi, air conditioning and a large fridge with washing machine for your comfortable stay. Located 8 minutes away from Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa with also a Burj Khalifa View from the Balcony, Dubai Terminal 3 International Airport and Dubai Mall. The building has a free Gym on the first floor and a luxury swimming pool with free parking.
The apartment has the 1 bedroom with a King-sized bed a full bathroom, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker with pots, pan and spoons with plates. Microwave and a washing machine as well with detergents. Hotel grade towels and linen are available.
Guest has the above to enjoy during their stay. There is also a children’s play area close to the gym.
Other things to note:
House rules includes respecting the neighbors and not having a house party. Please no parties allowed as there are amazing restaurants and clubs in Dubai. Please be mindful of the furniture not to stain it as it’s a luxury white sofa. SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY OUTSIDE TERRACE PLEASE. Please adhere to Dubai Laws and Rules at all times. FREE PARKING P18

Please all guests are required to submit their soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Check in time is 3PM and Check out is 11AM. Please do let me know if you need early check in our late check out, I am reasonable enough to accommodate it if convenient.
There is cleaning free prior to arrival and if you ever need additional cleaning of laundry or anything please do let me know. I also provide this service at an additional fee.
Feel free to use the cooking condiments, cleaning products and toiletries in the home. I am very accommodating and understanding. Also I travel a lot for work, there is a second bedroom in the apartment which I do stay in when I am in Dubai. However most times I am out of country.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
