I welcome who visit as they arrive and would like payment on arrival where ever possible.Guests are free to come and go as house is generally empty during the day. A choice of English/ Caribbean foods can be provided at a small cost. The use of the kitchen is for those able to include my washing machine and dryer. I'm not able to provide meals. I live on a quiet little culdesac so parking is not a problem.
I salsa dance twice a week and happy for you to join me at class free of charge. There are great transport links into the city.

Located on a quite culdesaxk easy access to buses into the city private garden being remodelling cosy and comfortable full use of all amenities in the house use of car. After insurance clearance or lifts to agreed times. Great carribean food to order. Own TV with free wifi it's got to be seen as home from home come visit soon

House Rules
Keep the room and all areas used clean and tidy. The front bedroom has a bunk bed in it and can be used by two adults, this room is used by me as it has linen etc, so this should be maintained to good condition.
There a is a small charge for electric and gas to be agreed if there is excess use.

A very pleasant stay where you are particularly free to go and to use many items at your disposition. Moreover here is the best salsa dancer you could see and will help you to find the best advices to start your "life" in nottingham and enjoy.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
