Nice end of terrace house with a big garden, situated in a quiet street just 2 minutes away from Inham Road tram stop (and 36 bus stop)
Luminous south-oriented double room with a view onto the garden, including a desk, big wardrobe and TV.
The proximity to the tram makes this room ideal for a someone studying at University Park or working in Beeston or the QMC, but Nottingham city centre is only 30 minutes away by tram.
The bathroom is shared with the landlady, with the toilets separated from bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher), and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
Big living room shared with the cat, Sparky.
Parking off street on drive available.

The house is situated in a quiet street in Chilwell, 30 minutes away by tram from Nottingham, and only 10 minutes away from Beeston centre. Inham road tram stop is 2 minutes walking from the house and the 36 bus stops there as well. The house is also 2 minutes away from Inham Nook park

House Rules
I am friendly and quiet, looking for someone who likes cats to share my house (Sparky is quite a friendly boy, he will sneak into your room given the opportunity, so if you don't like cats this house isn't for you!), and as a woman I would feel more comfortable with a female lodger.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
