About the Area
My house is located in North Belfast on a main bus route to the city centre. This is a fairly quiet suburb. I am about twelve miles from Belfast International airport and six miles from Belfast City airport. Europa bus station is about three miles away and accessible by bus or taxi .Bus stops outside the front door.
The post office supermarket and various other shops five minutes walk from the house. There are also local churches in the area so it is a convenient location all round. There are also a few parks nearby with lakes and plenty of greenery.
This is a good place is you want to have a relaxing break in a welcoming home.

I would appreciate payment owed, on arrival, please, then everyone can relax.
I ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours as our houses are terraced and noise travels.
I would also be glad to have an idea of what time guests will come in at night for security reasons. Breakfast finishes at 9.45am and check out is at 10.00am unless prior arrangement is agreed beforehand.
Food and drink may NOT be consumed in the bed rooms please. Bed linen has been damaged by this in the past, so I have to introduce this rule. The dining room is available for anyone who wishes to drink in house.
Please enjoy the place and treat it as you would your own home.
Smoking is not allowed.
Rosemary was an excellent host. Always thoughtful and very helpful on every level. The location was very convenient to city and highways. Will definitely stay with her again if ever back in Belfast. Thank you Rosemary for a memorable stay. :-)
Rosemary was a very pleasant lady. As it turned out, I was with Denise who lived next door for one night of my 2-nights stay. Denise was very obliging, and looked after me so well. I would surely recommend to others.
Great hospitality, thanks a lot!
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
She is a very kind person, she has her quiet home, clean, great, I recommend it to happen well.
What a lovely Lady Rosemary is, her house is like home from home, we enjoyed staying with Rosemary and enjoyed our time in the great City that Belfast is, we hope to return soon for the Rugby, and Ice hockey along with the great Trad [Irish] music
Rosemary is an absolutely amazing host! She was warm, friendly, and made me feel so welcome. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The house was cozy and warm; the bed was comfortable and breakfast was so good! I had so much fun getting to know Rosemary and spending a bit of time with her. I had an awesome trip to Belfast and I can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this host!!
Our most joyful and caring hostess yet! She is a woman who is all heart and hospitality. We loved our time with her and appreciated all her recommendations, she made our time in Belfast even more amazing!
Rosemary is lovely. We felt like we were family visiting our auntie. Her home is simple but clean and welcoming. The bus literally stops in front of her house and heads straight into the city centre. Great wi-fi allowed us to catch up with the world after a day of visiting Belfast. She is a very warm individual and will be remembered as a wonderful detail of our visit to this great city.
