About the Area
My house is located in North Belfast on a main bus route to the city centre. This is a fairly quiet suburb. I am about twelve miles from Belfast International airport and six miles from Belfast City airport. Europa bus station is about three miles away and accessible by bus or taxi .Bus stops outside the front door.
The post office supermarket and various other shops five minutes walk from the house. There are also local churches in the area so it is a convenient location all round. There are also a few parks nearby with lakes and plenty of greenery.
This is a good place is you want to have a relaxing break in a welcoming home.

I would appreciate payment owed, on arrival, please, then everyone can relax.
I ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours as our houses are terraced and noise travels.
I would also be glad to have an idea of what time guests will come in at night for security reasons. Breakfast finishes at 9.45am and check out is at 10.00am unless prior arrangement is agreed beforehand.
Food and drink may NOT be consumed in the bed rooms please. Bed linen has been damaged by this in the past, so I have to introduce this rule. The dining room is available for anyone who wishes to drink in house.
Please enjoy the place and treat it as you would your own home.
Smoking is not allowed.
Rosemary ist eine sehr liebe und freundlich Dame, hilft wo sie nur kann, Ich hatte eine gute Zeit in Belfast. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe.
A trully wonderful person. Rose was a wonderful host and showed us the best hospitality we could ever ask for. From having breakfast with us when we showed up to making us some wonderful sandwiches for are walk at the giants causeway. She was just wonderful and I would strongly recommend anyone staying in the Belfast area to contact her! Just make sure to bring a appetite because she won't let u leave hungry!
Très bon accueil de Rosemary, qui est une belle personne, très généreuse et attentionnée ...
Les chambres et la salle de bain sont très propres.
Très facile de se garer en voiture.
I truly enjoyed my stay with Denise and Rosemary. They genuinely care for their guests, and love hosting students :) They even remembered the names and countries of origin of their guests over the last couple of years! I'd recommend this guesthouse for all those who are interested in cultural experiences. The homestay is easily reachable by bus (15 -20 min journey from the town hall). The bus stops just in front of the homestay.
Many thanks for hosting me!

Rosemary is really a lovely host. She is always looking after you, if you need anything, etc. It was lovely to meet one of her nephews and also another French young man staying for a few weeks. Good double bedroom.
I would recommmend staying at Rosemary's !
It's truely a home from home, I was made very welcome. The Bus service was right on the doorstep which was very handy, would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Rosemary.
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
We were kindly welcomed. We have chatted a lot. In one word we loved being at her home as hosts. she given us good advices to go out at night for both having a good time and being Imerge with the irish guys. It was simply awesome. Thank you again.
