The house is on the upper Oldpark Road in North Belfast. Public transport stops right outside the door with regular links to city centre.We are close to the surrounding mountains, and have lovely views all around.The house is small and homely with a double, single and twin rooms. There is free wifi access.There is a convenience store and fast food outlets as well as restaurants in the vicinity. There are loads of books available for anyone who likes to read,also a wide selection of dvds.You can also enjoy the sunshine on the patio or in the local parks which are within walking distance and are so beautiful.Airports, rail and motorways are convenient to where we live.There is also on street free parking.
If guests want meals this can be arranged for an extra five pounds. A simple breakfast is included in the nightly charge.
Payment is due on the day of arrival please.
Please be aware that bathroom is shared among guests and there are NO ensuite facilities as the house is small.

About the Area
My house is located in North Belfast on a main bus route to the city centre.This is a fairly quiet suburb. I am about twelve miles from Belfast International airport and six miles from Belfast City airport. Europa bus station is about three miles away and accessible by bus or taxi .Bus stops outside the front door.
The post office supermarket and various other shops five minutes walk from the house. There are also local churches in the area so it is a convenient location all round.There are also a few parks nearby with lakes and plenty of greenery.
This is a good place is you want to have a relaxing break in a welcoming home.

House Rules
I would appreciate payment owed, on arrival, please, then everyone can relax.
I ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours as our houses are terraced and noise travels.
I would also be glad to have an idea of what time guests will come in at night for security reasons. Breakfast finishes at 9.45am and check out is at 10.00am unless prior arrangement is agreed beforehand.
Food and drink may NOT be consumed in the bed rooms please. Bed linen has been damaged by this in the past, so I have to introduce this rule. The dining room is available for anyone who wishes to drink in house.
Please enjoy the place and treat it as you would your own home.
Smoking is not allowed.

Adorei estar com a Rosemary, a casa é ótima acomodação também, ela é muito gentil lugar perfeito para se estar em Belfast próximo ao centro e supermercados. Além disso tem um ótimo café da manhã.

Staying with Rosemary was like a home from home. I was travelling on my own, and Rosemary was warm and welcoming and is an interesting person, and chatting like she'd known me a lot longer...
Rosemary was always ready to make a cup of tea (and a wee biscuit?). And a meal, if needed, as well as serving a very decent breakfast.
Rosemary was also very apologetic about issues with the shower, and got it fixed as soon as she could. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosemary's as a lovely home stay.August 2021

Had a great stay with rosemary one of the nicest ladys ive ever met and more then accomadating to help you in anyway on your stay, couldn't get a taxi and she dropped us into town and recommended great place to eat was lovely, will be sure to stay again when back in belfast

I spent 2 nights with my boyfriend and we had one of our best experiences. Rosemary welcomed us with a cup of coffee, biscuits and a lovely chat..the place is cozy and the bed is very comfortable, we had the feeling of being at home. Highly recommended ❤️

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
