I have large double bedroom with ensuite shower and a comfy kingsize bed, and a double room with 2 single beds, both having sat-TV available in a 3 bed semi detached house close to Birmingham International Airport & NEC. In addition to the private room, guest can enjoy the large garden, the living room, two toilets, washing machine and kitchen facilities. Besides, there is a nature reserve behind my house with a private access from my garden so nature lovers would love it. The house is smoke and pet free and the area has plenty of free on-street parking.

About the Area
My house is 10 min walk from the bus routes and a fifteen minute walk from the train station which is only two stops away from the Birmingham Airport and NEC with only a six minute train ride. Going to the city is also convenient on the train with a nine minute ride or a 20 min bus ride.
There are all local shops, pizzas, restaurant and a superstore nearby my house.

House Rules
I do not expect partying guests, smoking inside the house or pets. Tea, Coffee, Milk and Bread, Eggs, Cereals etc, are usually available in the house and guests are welcome to prepare breakfasts for themselves and if they are welcome to cook meals for themselves in the kitchen by getting them the required groceries from the nearby markets for which i would be happy to guide them through.
Please note the price of Double room with en suite shower is based on two adults and a child upto 11 years age. A third adult sharing the room will incur a supplement of £19 extra.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
