This is a 4-bedroom large terraced house, where you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located area and is within a 10 minutes’ walk to the Blackpool coast and promenade, where the bars, restaurants and all the entertainment venues & options are available from.

If required, then teas, coffees and a simple breakfast is available.

There is a local shop at the end of the road, together with walkable local access to Lidl and Farm Foods shops.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home.

There is your own double bedroom with a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a comfortable wicker chair with cushions, a bedside table with lamp, a desk with chair is available on request, a water-cooling tower fan and with an Alexa smart speaker.

Access to the upstairs family bathroom that has a large power shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

The kitchen for making hot drinks, a toaster and with with full cooking facilities including hob, oven and microwave for meals and where there is a built-in full-size kitchen table for eating meals, for use for entertainment and working from.

There is access to the Livingroom where there is a sofa, sofa chair and with a large smart television. There is an outside decking area accessible from the kitchen back door and where there is a table, parasol & 6 chairs and also a 3-person swing within the garden at the back of the house.

Easy access parking outside the house is available at all times.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
