Lovely bright rooms, available in family home, each furnished with a desk, wardrobe, TV, Fridge, and a kettle with tea and coffee tray.
*Room 2* also with own wash basin with hot/cold water.
Quiet rooms overlooking the garden on the first floor. Very clean, and guest use of shower room and WC on ground floor, with also a shared WC on the first floor.
Light breakfast included: toast, crumpets, variety of cereals, juice, yoghurt, fruit, teas and coffees.
Small silent fridge in room, and kettle and tea/coffee tray.
There are 3 people living in the house with 2 friendly cats around our home.
Large spacious house with garden. In great location to reach all amenities in Bournemouth by walking and bus.
Bus Service 5 minutes away for buses to:-
Bournemouth Centre - 10 mins
Bournemouth University, Talbot Campus - 20 mins
Westbourne- 20 mins
Train -12 -15 minutes walk away.
Boscombe Chine, Pier and Beach 12-15 minutes walk away.
Arrivals at Bournemouth International Airport are serviced by Taxis- cost approx £15 to here.
Shops and Supermarkets very nearby.
Parking on street is free, but limited.
Use of kitchen available to cook once a day up to 6.30pm.
Price includes one laundry wash per week (minimum stay 4 nights)

About the Area
Located on the outskirts of Bournemouth town centre, near the beach which is about 10-15 minutes walk away. This is a very central location to reach all amenities and areas of Bournemouth, either by bus for which there are many stops nearby the house, or by car or bike.
Westbourne is 30 minutes by bus.
The train and coach station are a short distance from the house, approximately £5 by taxi, or about a 15 minutes walk.
Within walking distance there are coffee shops, clothes stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, take out and a recommended bar with live music and excellent food.
In Bournemouth Centre there is a busy night life with a large retail centre, BIC, cinemas, Oceanarium, Pier, Pubs and a Public park, with lots of options for food nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The people are lovely and helpful. Everything was clean and the meals were very enjoyable. I'm glad to have come to this place and would recommend it if you want to stay in Bournemouth.

The entire family is extremely friendly, welcoming and sociable and they go above and beyond to create a homely atmosphere for their guests. The food was excellent, so I’d definitely recommend opting for the half board option. The room was spacious and even included a small fridge, which was quite nice. There’s a bus stop right around the corner and the bus connections into the town center are very good. Additionally, Boscombe Pier is just a short walk away from the house.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend staying with this lovely family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
