Lovely 3 double bed home with original features with large garden that looks out over allotments presenting a peaceful start to any day. Spacious rooms with all mod cons and a great cook who owns the house. Large kitchen/diner, bus route directly outside the house. CLose to Christchurch and 5 minute bus ride to central Bournemouth. Southbourne is very near the finest beaches and has great bars and restaurants. I don't have any children or pets so if it's a peaceful, uninterrupted stay you are looking for, this household may be ideal.

About the Area
House is situated close to Christchurch and about 5 miles from central Bournemouth. Bus stop to all routes is directly outside the house. Walk to beach in 5 minutes, and lots of modern bars and restaurants closely.

House Rules
This is a quiet household and we expect you to treat our household as you wold your own. We expect you to leave the things you use in the house as you find them and make sure the house is secure at all times.
Some guidelines for our household:-
I can provide an evening meal for extra cost (please ask for details), I am happy for guests to use the kitchen to prepare an evening meal, I have a very large, well equipped kitchen and love cooking myself.
I do not allow any friends of students staying with me to come to my home. THe use of the house is strictly for guests only. The room prices are for one person only, please do not enquire about sharing a room with a guest as it is for single occupancy only.
Generally Mon-Fri it is preferred that students return home before 11pm, other students staying with me need good rest for their studying. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 12pm.
Showers can be taken in the morning before 8.30am and up to 8pm in the evening where possible.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Lovely house, wonderful host. I have stayed with Emma on three different occasions now and have loved it every time. And the bed.....it was a shame to return home to what felt like half a mattress in comparison to the bed at Emma's house. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

It was a lovely stay with Emma. The room is big and comfy. Emma is an easy going and helpful person. She keeps the house tidy and clean. I had a great time staying here.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
