Be our guest! This quiet private space in Hove is the perfect base from which you can explore Brighton & Hove, with its quiet street and still being only a few minutes walk to the wonderful restaurants and bars of church St, the seafront and Hove station.
The house is in one of Hove's best preserved Victorian streets.

Staying at our place gives you the quietness and the possibility for a good relaxed sleep, while you can reach within 3 minutes the noisy and lively main road.

- If you are returning late, please bear in mind that we may be asleep, and that there are families living nearby.
- Usage of communal areas such as bathroom and kitchen: You are more than welcome to use these areas but please note you are required to use your own accessories. In any case would you need to use bathroom products or kitchen utensils, please consult with me beforehand.
IMPORTANT: Check-in is strictly after 3pm as the room needs to be prepared. Please do not show up beforehand as you can not be admitted earlier than 3pm. Further, your exact check in time needs to be negotiated so I can arrange myself to welcome you:)

Shower: Out of the 3taps the top one is to open the water stream. The temperature is set, but if you wish to change it, you can do it with the middle tap. Please respect quiet hours after 23:00. Living room is now a private space. Kitchen can be used upon consulting with me. Please in case of any concern or needs, consult with me and I am more than happy to help!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
