We would love to welcome you to our home in the centre of Brighton.
Beautiful cosy furnished double room with a new double bed and a 50 inch television and a garden view within walking distance to shops, bus stops, the town centre and the sea front. The house is bright and sunny and has a cute decked garden at the back. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a shower over the bath, a new toilet and a window to let the light in. The kitchen leads to the garden and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, a brand new cooker and sink. There is central heating for the colder days and we also have a weekly cleaner. Broadband, Netflix and all bills are included.
Also included in the room is a brand new fridge.
Here's a little about us:
Condori is 64. He speaks Spanish and enjoys watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, socialising, and travel.
Cindy is 62. She speaks English, German, and Spanish and enjoys watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, learning foreign languages, socialising, travel, television, and theatre.
Phoenix is 18 and a student in her gap year.
She likes travelling, music, cooking and reading.
Sorry, breakfast is not included but you can prepare food in the kitchen.

We live very conveniently in the centre of Brighton, a few minutes from
shops, bus stops, restaurants and a park with a nice cafe.

I stayed with Cindy just 9 days. She is a lovely woman. Her house is too close from city. She is very kindness also her husband (Condori).
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
