I live in a 2 bedroom conversion with a 14 year old son. Our home is 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 20 minutes into Bromley Town centre. We are 20 minutes from London by overhead train.
We have a very large lounge, lovely green area for viewing and very large bedrooms. We have a library and leisure centre, Theatre and large shopping mall within walking distance
I am an EFL English teacher, this will be an additional charge.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
I teach students in small groups of 5.
I welcome long-term students.

Our house is located in a very friendly neighborhood. We are 2 minutes away from all amenities
We have a large shopping mall, Theatre, Leisure Centre, Transport into London is 20 minutes away.
ne bedroom with own TV (including broadband) in Family home of two. Shared accommodation would consist of Bathroom/kitchen/dining. Would have use of washing machine/dryer. Would prefer a female 18-35 (Non-smoker) who is quiet/clean and tidy. Local Bromley Train Station is 10 minutes away which brings you to London Bridge or Cannon Street (this will take you 13-16 mins into City), where you can then transfer to the underground. Buses only 3-5 mins around the corner. Local shops and library/leisure centre five mins away. Nearest shopping centre is Bromley. Lewisham also has the DLR.

Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Not cooking allowed after 7 pm.
No pets allowed inside.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
