A modern recently refurbished 3 bedroom property excellently located in the small town of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The student room is a double room with a desk space and sits adjacent to the shared bathroom. Two male working professionals also reside in the house and look forward to welcoming an older male student into the home. A large immaculate garden which was recently redeveloped is fully accessible at all times. The property has easy access to the A23/M23 with direct links to London and Brighton and within walking distance of the town centre and Burgess Hill Train Station.

Burgess Hill is a town located in the Mid Sussex District of West Sussex, England, close to the border with East Sussex, on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Located 39 mi (63 km) south of London, 10 mi (16 km) north of Brighton and Hove, with direct trains offering access to London within an hour and Brighton within 15 minutes.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
