Beautiful, 3 storey clean house. I have 2 double room/twin room to rent, for a short term / long term.
Price:
- £1,100 per room, 1 person a month.
- £300 per room, 1 person a week.
- £ 250 twin bed, price per person, 1 week, just short term. (Max 2 in a room)
- 1 Month deposited.
- I do ask for a Reference.
- Walking distance to English schools/Addenbrooke’s hospital.
- 15 mins cycling to city centre/train station, 2 mins walking distance to a bus stop number 1 &3.
- Quiet residential area.
-Semi-detached, 3 floors, 4 bedrooms house, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room

-1 Shared bathroom, for the tenants.
-Built-in wardrobe.
-Big open plan living and dining room to share and very well-equipped kitchen.

We are a very friendly family. Good manners are essential in our house: Say good morning/night, hi when somebody arrives in the house. Following the English custom, we say PLEASE if we need something and also, we say THANKS too. We enjoy all kinds of food. (We are NOT a vegetarian/vegan family).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
