We are a family run guest house located close to Cambridge City Centre, Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals. Onsite car park. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. There is a good bus connection to the city centre adjacent to the house.

About the Area
Our accommodation is located on the south side of the city. Cambridge City Centre is 1.5 miles away. Cambridge Railway Station is 15 minutes walk. Regular bus service to the city centre opposite house. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pub, gym, cinema, tenpin bowling, hair & beauty salons and takeaways all within a few minutes walk. Cambridge Leisure is 5 minutes walk.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Smoking not allowed indoors.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. You will also have a key to lock your room.
No pets allowed inside.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Quiet Hours from 11pm to 7am
Payment to be made on arrival by debit/credit card further details will be provided after the booking has been made.
Your room will be ready from 4pm on your arrival day, latest arrival time is 10pm.
Cooking facilities are not provided neither permitted.
Should you wish to cancel or alter your dates we would kindly ask that you give us 48hrs notice.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
