A lovely garden room available in an end-of-terrace modern house located in Penylan, a mature and peaceful residential suburb where you can get a real flavour of Cardiff life. The whole house is totally upgraded and refurbished as new after the long pandemic time. It is close to Roath park, Waterloo gardens; to local independent shops on Wellfield Road, bus stops and supermarkets ; and is conveniently located for access to city centre/university/A48/hospital.
Tofu is a lovely ginger cat boy and he loves showing hospitality to the guest. If you don’t want him come into your room please just keep the door closed.

About the Area
Penylan/Roath Park is an area of Cardiff popular with professional families, it's nice and safe area to stay! There are many good coffee shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance to Wellfield/Albany roads. There are supermarkets close by too such as Lidl, Sainsbury's, Wilko, etc.

House Rules
A 30% deposit of the booking price is required to be paid to the host within 48 hours after the booking, so that your reservation is confirmed and the calendar is blocked to avoid any other bookings. The rest 70% will be paid upon the arrival.
The deposit is not refundable if the cancellation notice is less than 7 days in advance of arrival or fails to arrive. If it is more than 7 days in advance the guest will be refunded this deposit.
Any special requirement please communicate in advance.
Please respect other residents so no shower between 22:00 to 07:30.
This is a residential area so no parties or event please.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
