Janet lives on the south - east of London with her daughter, Jinaide.
The house is semi-detached and has 3 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen/dining room which is round the corner to a cosy living area. The whole ground floor of the house is very open, airy and bright. There is a large garden and a large shed at the end, there is a set of 4 chairs and a table perfect for hot summer days!
Janet works as a Support worker/NVQ accesors. Their hobbies include swimming, cinema, music. Jinaide is in secondary school, she plays the piano most of the time shes at home.

About the Area
The house is located in a quiet safe street. people are friendly and willing to help. The house is located just 5 minutes' walk from a supermarket, whole in the wall cash point, café and a few pubs. Only a 10 walk to all well known banks in a lively catford town centre.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop such as the 47, 136, 181, 199, 208, 75, 160, to lewisham town centre where the Twinn school is. (10 mins bus ride to twinn school.
Lewisham Dockland train station takes you to any links to the under ground and the city.

House Rules
Smoking is not permitted in the house. I have no pets at the moment. my home is very clean and tidy please try to clean up after yourselves.

My daughter plays piano and my family comes to listen hope you like music.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
