You're guaranteed a peaceful rest in this modern property with the singing of birds to greet you as you wake up in the morning. This bright double bedroom for an individual guest boasts a comfortable double bed, an electric kettle, a desk for work, study or meals and a folding chair. The bathroom and kitchen are well-maintained. There is no lounge access.
A short walk from Slade Green station with easy access to Central London, Dartford & Bexleyheath.
The Host will be on-site during your stay so rest-assured, you will be comfortable and supported.

4. Show I.D upon arrival.
5. No parties or events.
6. Remove shoes upon entry to the property.
7. No commercial photography.
8. Any unfortunate damages will be charged.
9. Please do not obstruct or move the communal motion triggered security cameras that are in place for the safety of guests, the host and the property.
10. Please do not share the address with organisations as it is not your residence, it is a very short term stay. The Host reserves the right to refuse any deliveries to the address for any reason.
11. Your safety is my priority so please do not light candles in the room; multiple diffusers are provided.
12. Dress decently in this property (e.g. top & trousers).
13. Towels and oral hygiene products are to be kept in the Guest Room due to available space.
14. Please keep the shared areas, the bathroom, clean and tidy.
15. Please do not move furniture (wardrobe, bed, bedside tables etc.) as it can scratch the flooring.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
