Our family lives in a 4 bed house in Exeter, with our dog and cat Riley and Mac. We live on a new estate and our house is only 2 years old. As well as 4 bedrooms we have 3 WC's. We have 3 young children and plenty of time for a guest
Our home is a short bus journey in to the town centre which is packed with shops, good places to eat and plenty of history, not to mention the fantastic cathedral.
We have a large kitchen, dining/ living area that opens out on to a large decked are with BBQ and small patio.
Exmouth beach is a half hour train ride away and the nearest train stop is 15 minute walk. The beach is always busy & their is lots of other things to do.

About the Area
Our house is located only a 15 minute bus ride from the city in a quiet estate. Only a 10 minute walk from the motorway, 5 minute drive from the airport and nearest industrial estate.
With regular buses every 15 minutes at peak times te nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away.

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when no one is in.
Please don't adjust the heating, ask me and I'd be happy to help.
Full use of the kitchen but please keep it clean.
keep the noise to a minimum after 10.
If you would like to invite friends over please speak to me so we can agree in advance.
Remove shoes upon entering the house.
Please refrain from using strong/adult language as we have little ears in the house.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
