It is a large house over three storeys which gives guests a lot of personal space. It is also only 4 months old, luxurious and well presented. Being a fulltime student I am grateful for the income.

Two double king sized bedrooms each with oversized windows and luxury en-suite shower rooms. One is cheerful and compact. The other is larger with its own tv and rain head shower.
Perfect and peaceful accommodation ideal for people working away from home. The host works from home so prefers guests who work away from home during the day. This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom luxury house was constructed in March 2022. The house is not suitable for smokers or vapers. There is a small friendly indoor hypoallergenic pedigree cat so it is also not suitable for anyone who dislikes cats.
Easy access to Hairmyres, East Kilbride and further afield via M77.

About the Area
The house is in a luxury development of similar 4-6 bedroom houses about 3 minutes walk from a bus stop and 25 minutes walk from Hairmyres train station and local shops. Eaglesham is 5 minutes drive where there are beautiful green areas and country pubs.

House Rules
Smokers and vapers are not welcome as I am extremely sensitive to these smells and have asthma.
No parties and no other guests.
Please leave your shoes at the door and use the kitchen rather than your room for storing, preparing and consuming meals, to avoid spillages.
Please lock the front door when you leave the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
