My name is Dee, Chan and I welcome you to stay in our home in. We have 1 Double en-suite bedroom with, Mirror, Desk, Lamp, Closet / Wardrobe, TV, and Hair-dryer also available for homestay guests. Suitable for single or double occupancy. Our home is conveniently located with easy access to the town centre and all amenities including National Trust Belton House with many activities across 1300 acres and Beaver Castle a short drive away. The city of Nottingham is very accessible being only 22 miles away.
Dee is young at heart. She speaks English and enjoys sports, socializing, cooking, music, gigs, festivals, painting, travel, learning foreign languages, board games, car, bike racing, and theatre
Chan is 29 and enjoys socializing, cooking, music, gigs, festivals, photography, travel, learning foreign languages, television, board games, car, bike racing, and theatre. She speaks English
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Dee offers qualified language instruction in her native language English. One hour of instruction costs 20.00 GBP. The classes will be given by a qualified professional at the accommodation.

House Rules
Welcome to our home :-)
Here are a few house rules to help your homestay be more enjoyable.
Your room is equipped with two 2 chairs, a laptop table, a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. There are no extra storage facilities at the property.
Change of bedding provided weekly – guests must keep the en-suite bedroom clean at all times.
Guests have use of the kitchen and can provide and prepare their own meals. However, coffee and tea are available to all guests. No food or hot drinks are permitted in the bedroom and must be consumed in the kitchen.
Microwave - Please place food on a plate and cover it when using the microwave.
Lights must be switched off when not in use.
Laundry - One wash included per week, to be done by the student.
Fast Wi-Fi is available for surfing the net, please do not download unless approved by the host.
No noise is to be made before 8 am and after 11 pm – all doors must be closed quietly.
No friends are allowed to stay at the property.
For safety and security please do not open the door to anyone.
A set of keys will be made available during your homestay - Keys must be left at the end of the stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
