Fairview Studio is a self contained annexe with private driveway parking and EV charging point was installed in December.
The accommodation is arranged as a studio with Sleeping area, Living area and Kitchenette in one room and separate Bathroom with Rainfall Shower.
The Kitchenette is fully equipped with Compact Fridge Freezer, Oven and Induction Hob, Coffee Pod machine, Kettle and Toaster.
Cosy Double Bed with King-size Cotton Bedding to fall into after a long day exploring the sights of Cornwall
For keen cyclists there is storage available for 2/3 Bikes on site.
The accommodation is single level inside with steps leading up to the entrance of the studio and from the studio to the rear decking as shown in photos.
Located in Hayle Cornwall Fairview is the perfect base for exploring West Cornwall. Within easy reach of the iconic Lands End, Minack Theatre, Poldark Mine, Eden Project and many more.
For golf enthusiasts there are a number of Golf courses close by and if you need a partner to tee off with Liam is always keen for a round.
Hayle Estuary and Marazion RSPB sites are easily accessible and perfect for a spot of Bird watching. Birdies Bistro sits on the edge of Hayle Estuary with lovely locally sourced food and drink to enjoy if you fancy a comfy seat whilst enjoying the view.
Gwithian is great for exploring and surfing lessons and equipment hire is available locally. Storage available on site if you prefer to bring your own. Paddleboarding, Kite surfing and other water adventures also available locally.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
