Welcome to our secluded en-suite room for two in our chalet bungalow between the New Forest and the sea. We provide a comfortable stay and a warm welcome just minutes from the national park and 10 minutes drive to the beaches.
We are located between New Milton and Lymington, on the bus routes and not far from the station. Ideally placed for working or studying we are also just a short drive or train ride to the theatres, shopping malls and major entertainment venues of Bournemouth and Southampton. Blue Flag beaches and quay side cafes await.
The room
Enter through the front door into a private hallway and turn left for your room. You will have exclusive use of the front door during your stay and as the room is separated from the rest of the house, you will have your own space. There is free parking on the drive within sight of your room.
A selection of teas & coffees are provided with a fruit bowl on arrival. We provide complimentary cereals, yoghurt and fruit juice to start the day while a Full English and other cooked breakfasts can be found just 5 minutes walk away at the Three Bells (Brewers Fayre) restaurant. They also serve lunch and dinner at excellent value.
We provide crockery, cutlery and a fridge for keeping the milk fresh but can also be used for your own drinks and snacks. Also a microwave for warming up your breakfast or takeaway.
There’s a small table and chairs for laptop working (plus fast free WIFI), enjoying light meals, or playing one of the board games provided.
We do hope you find everything you need but if not we are on hand to help or advise.
About The Host
Yvonne and Paul love the New Forest area. Its beautiful here between the Forest and the Sea. You can visit the local beaches, trek along the coast to Hurst Castle or go for long walks in the Forest, enjoying its spectacular natural surroundings.
Yvonne works part-time with people with learning difficulties which she says is so rewarding. "With husband Paul, we provide comfortable accommodation for working professionals and holiday guests. I especially love to pick the colour schemes and furnish the rooms".

TERMS AND PAYMENT
We take a 25% deposit through Homestay.com with the remainder due 7 days before arrival through Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary but we will need your email address to send the invoice and payment link, once you have booked.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our home and sharing the wonderful New Forest and local area with you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
