Hi, I'm Ruchira originally from Srilanka. I was working as a banker at Heathrow Airport for last 15 yrs and now in a high street bank .
Married to a Naval Officer who now works for UK sports as a pistol Coach and as the felicitate mgr and we have two daughters. One is a Solicitor who works and lives in the city of London and the second one is in Durham University So sadly both of them live away from us and it’s me and my husband in our 5 bed room house.
We live very close to Heathrow airport…
Your own room in our house with access to shared spaces. You'll share the bathroom with others. Kitchen is accessible for light cooking for long stay guests. Washing machine can be used but there will be a small charge

There will be rules/ information to follow when using bathroom/ shower facilities. Internet can be provided FREE...
Pleas ensure that our home is secure double locking the front door when leaving and entering the home.
Alcohol/ loud music/ cannot be used in the premises. After 10.30pm entrance will be closed, sleep time by midnight.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements
BATHROOM RULES

Do not wet the seat, walls or floor(wood floor)
Please - Wipe the toilet seat after use and flush
Do not deposit sanitary Napkins in the toilet, use the bin.
Do not discard trash of any kind in Toilet
The toilet brush is for cleaning the inside of the toilet bowl after you have used the toilet
When the bathroom floor is wet it can be slippery, please be aware.
If you need anything please ask....
Shower Curtain needs to leave it inside the bath all the time.
Do not Splash water around outside the Bath
DO NOT FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE BATHROOM

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
