Our family live in a 3 bedroomed house which is a 25 minute walk from the main town centre and monument of Pocahontas. This historic town is close to the river and beach. We have an open area of a lounge and dinning area with a conservatory and medium garden with a pond. We live on a quiet road with a Cyclo park in the area and a community college to learn English.

About the Area
Our house is located 25 minutes from Gravesend town centre. This is a historic town and was home to the Indian settler Pocahontas. Our home is 25 minutes from a million pound Cyclo Park which enables you to ride from Gravesend to Rochester Town centre and beyond. Our home is close to the super market tescos, cafes and it is also an half hour ride to the port of Dover in which I ship can be taken to France.

House Rules
Please do not wear shoes in the house and only use bear feet on the carpets upstairs (no slippers upstairs please). Please keep the kitchen and bathroom area clean. keep the house secure by not inviting visitors into the house and make sure both the back and front door is locked when departing from the property.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
