The Garden Room is an independent studio annex for 2-4 people ( Room has a double bed for 2 adults, Sofa bed available at an extra cost of £25 for one adult or two children, to be paid in cash at the property ) with garden views located in the heart of historic town of Kirton In Lindsey with walking distance to the town centre with pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways.
The town is 1.5 miles west from A15 road, approximately 10 minutes drive south from Scunthorpe and 20 minutes drive south to Lincoln.
Free car parking is available on the lay-by next to the property.
The room has underfloor heating and is set to keep the comfortable temperature.
The room has a small mini fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
The garden in front of the annex patio is reserved for the guests and we ensure you get full privacy.
Kirton In Lindsey was the home of Catherine Parr who was the sixth wife of Henry VIII and lived here after she married her first husband, Sir Edward Burgh.
There are two fantastic pubs in the town for lunch and dinner along with a variety of takeaways and restaurants.
I am a very warm and friendly person who likes to meet people from all walks of life. I consider myself to be very loyal, fair and trust worthy friend.
I live in Kirton In Lindsey with my beautiful family and believe that in our short lives we should always be kind and generous to everyone around us. We only get one chance at living our lives so we should make sure that we live selflessly and help others in their journeys.

"Atithi Devo Bhava" - This Sanskrit mantra prescribes a dynamic of the host-guest relationship. This means that Guest is equivalent to God OR Be one for whom the guest is God. This has become the code of conduct for my Indian culture.

My property is walking distance to the town centre with shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the property with routes to Gainsborough and Brigg.

I will really appreciate if you can please show respect towards our property and leave it clean and tidy just the way you found it. I will be there in case of any help or support required. All you have to do is ask.

Double bed in room for two adults. Sofa bed available as an extra bed for one adult or two kids at an extra cost of £25 for the whole stay. To be paid in cash at the property.
Security deposit of £100 (refundable) required in case of any breakages or accidents.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
