We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quaint rural village . Our home is warm has an open fire, a garden and we have a single room available for home stays.we have a cat and we are a family of three, myself my partner and my son who is 11 . We work and have a busy lives and are up and off early to school . but we are friendly and happy to chat or let you get on upstairs and have privacy. I do have a cleaner but we are not overly tidy we just expect people to pick up /clean up after themselves and we will too.

About the Area
The village of Glynde is filled with flowers
, good walks and a station with trains to lewes / london and a little post office shop. It’s convenient for the festival love supreme if you are planning to visit. Or if you need some peace and quiet or a lovely walk up to Mount Caburn. Firle beacon is not far and popular with cyclists para gliders and walkers. A great place for coffee is the windsock shack on the road to firle from Glynde. The views are spectacular. Charleston is nearby and middle farm both great for a day out.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
