A room in a 2 bed flat in a Grade II listed Victorian mansion, on the edge of Sefton Park. My flat is a calm, relaxing space to re-energise and renew at the end of the day.
If a date during your requested stay is unavailable, please message me for further information - it may be that I am unable to initially welcome guests on that day, but will be able to host guests who have already arrived.

About the Area
The building is located on the edge of Sefton Park, a magnificent 235 acre Grade 1 Victorian park, and is a 5 minute walk away from Lark Lane, noted for its bohemian cafes, bars, boutiques, music venues and bistros.
The nearest bus stop is a 2 min walk away, and this takes you to the city centre & the main railway station, Liverpool Lime Street, in 20 minutes, or the Liverpool John Lennon airport in 40 mins.

CHRIS est un hôte formidable ... Très à l'écoute, prêt à rendre service ... Une grande chambre très propre dans un cadre merveilleux. Les bus sont à 100m / vous serez vite à Liverpool ONE. Plusieurs parcs à côté. JE RECOMMANDE JE RECOMMANDE JE RECOMMANDE

Chris was a very welcoming and hospitable host. The room was very comfortable and he kindly allowed me use of the kitchen and living area. The flat is in a lovely area near to Sefton Park and I made good use of the park for a run each morning. I would love to stay again if I'm in the area in future.

Chris was a fantastic host and a brilliant cook! The house is absolutely beautiful and everything is very clean and tidy. The location is brilliant, with gorgeous parks only five minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. I would 100% recommend staying here. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely stay. Sigrun.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Chris's home ! :) He was really welcoming, always ready to help and the room was so lovely ! It was my first holidays on my own and abroad, I felt very safe thanks to him and the perfect location ! I would definitely recommend a stay with Chris !

When we first stumbled upon this flat on, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.
The whole place is Very tidy and lovely , the flat equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom, Chris is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. I had a great stay! And defiantly i will book with him any time a made it to Liverpool .. Chris is very generousApril 2023

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
