Double room available in a stunning river-side flat with gorgeous river views, 2 mins to the Thames Clipper boat pier and 5 mins to Woolwich Arsenal DLR and train station (20mins to Central London and to the Olympic park and the Westfield shopping Centre in Stratford City, which has numerous Shops, Restaurants/ Bars (Cinema, Bowling etc) all situated to convenience). The commute into Oxford Circus will take you approximately 35 minutes – Once in Oxford Circus, there is plenty of choice for everyone as there is an abundance of shops, Restaurants/Bars, Art Galleries and a vibrant Night life atmosphere. Covent Garden and Hyde Park are also famous tourist areas which are very easy to get to and are within close commute of Oxford Circus. It is located in the highly sought after Royal Arsenal Development, gated and secure with on-site gym and concierge.

The flat is a SPACIOUS stunning two bedroom flat on the 1st floor of a 4 storey complex with direct views of the Thames.

The location is EXCELLENT - very safe and quiet area with stunning parks all along the river front - nice areas to relax when the sun is out or to go for a walk/ run, two minutes from the pier for boat commuters, five mins walk from trains, the DLR and buses to everywhere you can think of, 24hrs a day. There's a Tesco, Sainsburys, a boutique cafe, an ATM, two gastro-pubs, three restaurants, a boutique pizza place, several zipcar bays and one zip van bay, a boutique bar, fortnightly farmers market and a huge Marks & Spencer's food hall all within the development and it is within 10min walk of a 24hr Tesco, large Sainsbury's and Lidl supermarkets; the daily fruit, vegetables and flower market in Woolwich, weekend Woolwich market and the high street with Lloyds, NatWest, Santander, Halifax and Barclays Bank, Boots, Primark, New Look, DP, Boutique shops, Pharmacies, beauty salons, hairdressers and not far at all from a brand new health center inside the Royal Arsenal development and an embarrassment of choice when it comes to excellent local dentists.

The APARTMENT BENEFITS from a very large living/ dining area, two double bedrooms each with access to its own LARGE bathroom with power shower over bath, modern separate kitchen (including integrated dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, hob, oven and fridge/freezer), wood floors, fully furnished to a HIGH STANDARD including TWO extra sofa beds (in the living room) and fully maintained hallways, communal areas and local gardens in and surrounding the entire development.

The ROOM is a good sized double room, and has access to its own PRIVATE large bathroom with power shower over bath. The bedding is professionally dry cleaned between each stay. Cost includes EVERYTHING including super fast fibreoptic broadband and a cleaner who comes before every stay for a 3hrs clean to help keep the home pristine.

In the other bedroom is a very busy but very friendly, quiet professional 31yr old woman (me) who works full time, also runs a start-up and cherishes the serenity of the flat.

Available room is ideal for anyone coming to work/ study in/ see the city, or anyone who is respectful and very clean.

The home is fully furnished and the property is warmed by gas central heating and comes fully double-glazed. The property comes with gated private residential parking. Located 6 minutes away on the boat is the O2 concert arena and another 6 minutes away by boat is Greenwich village where there is plenty to do (the Old Royal Naval College, Royal Observatory, Queen's House, Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, huge park that spans acres of land, Greenwich Market with artisan crafted everything amongst many other attractions).

I have a friendly cat called Sebastien who likes to meet new people. I am also a keen baker and have a separate small business.

Please note I require a £100 deposit for the keys which I will return to you upon departure.

Check in at 6pm. Check out at 8am.
You will need to pay upfront before you arrive and as per the terms and conditions, if you cancel up to seven days before you arrive, I will issue you with a full refund.
Please keep the room, bathroom and communal areas in the same condition you found them in.
You're welcome to use the kitchen, utensils, fridge, freezer as long as you clean up afterwards.
Please enjoy your stay and ask if you need anything adjusted to your liking.
The estate require that the noise is kept down after 11pm.
No parties or guests allowed without permission.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
