I live in a 3 bedroom property situated on Bromley, which sits on the boarder of Catford and Downham.
My home is very well presented, with a lovely bedroom for my students, nice and bright bathroom, and an open
plan kitchen.
Nearby, you will find an abundance of shops, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Leisure & Fitness Centres,
You will be spoilt for choice for local transport. There are many bus routes operating to and from Lewisham,
which is a main hub for bus and train services to/from Central London ( in under 30 mins!) and the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to the City, and the big Westfield Shopping Centre!.

My home is within easy travelling distance from Central London. From Charing Cross it's a 25 minute train ride. Bromley is easily accessed by trains from Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Airports. The location is also close to Chislehurst and Sundridge Park too. Bus and trains links into the West End and Central London are frequent.
Bromley has a major Shopping Centre and a Market on Saturdays and there are a lots of local shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

About the Area
The property is situated in 5 mins from Bromley Shopping Centre and Bromley South mainline Train Station. A 208/320 Bus stop located at the bottom of Ashgrove Road, outside the local MacDonald! These can be caught directly outside the Bromley South station.
You can also get buses directly from here travelling to Lewisham for Twin UK and the DLR into the Central London and City

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
