2 bedroom flat located in SW9, a 5 minute walk from Stockwell, Brixton and Clapham High street stations. Several local shops, bars and restaurants. Bike storage available, balcony with tables and chairs, 1 bathroom and open plan living and kitchen. Live in Teacher who also coaches in the evenings, so hardly ever home. House will be equipped with cereal packs, milk and teas. Additionally toiletries, towel and robe.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of the river, 0.2km from the closest train station (Stockwell), 0.6 to the second (Clapham) and 0.9 to the 3rd (Brixton). we're walking distance from Lambeth hospital and a bus ride away from St Thomas'. There is excellent shopping facilities in both Brixton and Clapham. We're a 7 minute tube journey from Oxford street and a central London.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (minimum booking fee may apply) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or by prior arrangement.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
