I have a double **sofa bed** available, in an open-plan kitchen/lounge - so you won't have private space, but I can keep out of your way as much as possible if you are after some privacy.
The flat was renovated last year, with new kitchen, bathroom, floor, heating - so it's bright and airy, and warm in the cooler months. For a city flat, it's extremely quiet - I often get woken up by birds!
The kitchen is spacious, with an electric oven and induction hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a smoothie maker. You are welcome to cook if you want.
In the lounge area is your sofa-bed - by day, a comfy corner sofa. You are welcome to look at my books, and use the television, though this does not have terrestrial TV, just a streaming device. There's fast fibre-optic broadband you are welcome to use as well.
The bathroom has a large bath, with a rainfall shower over it. I will provide towels for you to use.
You are welcome to store a large bag or suitcase in the utility room, which also has a washer/dryer available to use for a small surcharge.
I have tea, coffee, cereal and breads available for your breakfast, included in the price of your stay. If you would like something larger or more specific, please let me know in advance and for a small additional fee this can be arranged.
Please be certain before booking that you are happy to be in a shared room - this is *not* a separate room.

About the Area
The flat is located a short walk from Wood Street station (where there is also an excellent small grocery store for any last-minute needs). The trains from Wood Street directly connect with London Liverpool Street station in 20 minutes.
There is a direct bus from the end of the road that will take you to Tottenham Hale, which connects with the Stansted Express.
One stop from Wood Street is Walthamstow Central, where you can get onto the Victoria line which runs into central London. It also runs 24hrs , great if you're going out late at night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
