We live on a quiet road in North London near to the Zone 2 Archway tube station. The double rooms are all large. Cereal, toast and tea or coffee is provided as a light breakfast.
There are restaurants, fast food takeaways and shops in the area
Parking is available on the road but there is a two hour restriction, Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. During the restricted parking period there is metered parking in the area
Guests should note that this is only bed and breakfast accommodation and no kitchen, cooking, microwave, electric kettle or laundry facilities are available to guests. This suits the vast majority of our guests who are tourists visiting London for a short stay. Please note that if you want the comprehensive facilities of a more expensive self-contained flat this accommodation is not for you.

Our house is located between Archway & Highgate Underground stations and the nearest bus stop is about 200 yards away. Metered carparking is available.

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
No kitchen, cooking, microwave or laundry facilities are provided to guests.
Please do not adjust the boiler heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
Shower rooms with toilet and wash hand basin are provided but are shared with other guests.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm please.
Please do not invite strangers or visitors into our home.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Please bring your own hair dryer as this is not provided.
Left luggage is not allowed.
Check-in time from 2.00pm.
Check-out time is by 12.00pm and please make sure you take all your possessions with you.
Payment in full is required on arrival.
Our refund and cancellation policy is as that of Homestay.com. Therefore if you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival day no refund is due.
Maximum stay is 4 weeks
There is no guarantee for the internet connection and due to its capacity, it is not suitable for watching films or TV

Io e le mie sorelle siamo state ospiti per 6 giorni a casa di Colin.
Abbiamo gradito la gentilezza e la discrezione dei proprietari e la buona colazione che ci veniva offerta al mattino.
Siamo state bene, l'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina ai mezzi pubblici che consentono di raggiungere il centro di Londra in circa 30/40 minuti.November 2023

Logement propre, Colin est très accueillant et met à l'aise ses hôtes.
Le quartier est bien situé, calme et proche des transports en commun (métro et bus) avec un accès facile au centre de Londres (environ 30 min des principaux centres d'intérêt).

Impeccable hospitality, very comfortable accommodation, organised and experienced hosts. Beautiful neighbourhood, excellent transport links into the City with Archway and Highgate Northern line underground stations within a few minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
