I live in a lovely house in Morden. We are near to lots of green spaces and a swimming pool. Access to buses and trains. Near to Morden Northern Line and Raynes Park Rail Station. Easy access to Waterloo and all the sites in London.
I have a beautiful 12 year old black cockapoo dog called Ellie. She is fun and very well behaved.
The single and double bedrooms and twin bedroom are newly decorated and furnished. The garden is pretty for relaxing in.

If you have a car I have parking for three cars outside the house.

About the Area
The house in approx 20 minutes walk from Morden Northern Line or Raynes Park Rail Station. Near to Cannon Hill Common and Morden Park. Morden Park has a free outside gym and also a pool.
Woud be very handy for Wimbledon Tennis. They have a park and drive venue in Morden Park just minutes from the house or easy bus routes to Wimbledon.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. If you use the garden please also check that the garden patio door is locked when you come in. Be mindful that I have a little dog when coming and going.
If staying on first floor please do not shower after 9.30 or have loud phone calls. Thanks so much.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Feel free to use the utility area to make tea/coffee but please clean up after!
Please remove outside shoes in the house.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and also if upstairs please no showers after this time as it disturbs everyone.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

we spent a few wonderful days at Esther . She is very nice, careful and lovely. For any small problem she will help you to solve it. Her house and garden are very nice . Her dog is very polite and affectionate.

Esther is a lovely, easygoing and warm-heart host. Her house is very beautiful and clean, the bedroom is very comfortable, the dog is cute and friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous. My relations spent 11days here, they all love here and want to come back on their next visiting.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
