Hi,
I am a renting out my beautiful room with a double bed and a private bath room in the popular area Islington.
The room is located in the heart of Islington which is one of the most vibrant parts of London. Islington has more restaurants than days of the year, as well as many pubs, theatres, museums, cinemas and galleries. The street is a beautiful looking street with all terraced houses in the same typical English style. Independent restaurants, cafes and bars are just around the corner but far enough so that it is very quiet in the room in the evenings.
The room is facing the garden of the neighbouring houes, so there are no street noises. I live in the house with three female flatmates which are very welcoming and open and all study at University College London. For the time of the stay most of them won't be there (maybe all), so you'll have a lot of privacy if needed.
The next bus stop is just around the corner, the next station is Caledonian Road & Barnsbury which is a 2 minutes walk from the house or Islington & Highbury station which is a 10 minutes walk. From there the tube takes 2 minutes to King’s Cross and St. Pancras and 7 minutes to Oxford Circus. You can also bike which is even quicker to get around.
The house itself is on three floors, your room will be on the first floor, and it has an open kitchen and living room with dishwasher, etc.
The room itself has a double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe and direct access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. (The pictures were taken from our landlord before we moved in.)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
