About the Area
The house is located a few minutes from an underground station (zone 2), where also a few bus stops are located for access into the city centre, only 25/30 minutes away by bus, 15 mins by underground. Next to the bus stop and underground, there is a number of local shops, cafes, restaurants, post office. So close to all amenities, yet tucked away in a residential area, very quiet and safe.

House Rules
This is a strictly no smoking home. When entering the house, please remove shoes and do not wear them anywhere in the home.
No food or drinks in the bedroom.
No guests allowed at anytime.
It is kindly requested to maintain the space quiet and peaceful, avoiding any loud noise.
After a shower or bath, please clean and dry the bathroom, and allow air to circulate.
Please do not use or consume any of the items present in the house (such as food, condiments, drinks, any edible item; and non edible items, such as toiletries, decorative items, linens, clothing, etc).
All doors to the premises shall be double-locked, all windows locked, whenever absent from home and at night.
In the event of losing the set of keys, there is a cost of £150.00.
Deposit of £30.00 for the keys, returnable on last day of stay.
For long-stays there is a deposit of 30 days. The sum of 30 days deposit is to be returnable at the end of stay, less any reasonable amount deducted to pay for damages, if any, and any consequent necessary repairs, and cleaning.
There will be a professional cleaning charge of £40.00 at the end of stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
