I live in a 3 bed house with a large garden, close to Abbey Wood station, Central London in 25-35 minutes. City Airport about than 20 minutes away. Direct train to Luton Airport. Direct line to Heathrow airport 1 hour 5 minutes.
Good transport links to Greenwich and other areas.
Local supermarkets a few minutes away.
The host is a tutor, and loves other cultures, you will receive a warm welcome within my home, clean and decorated to a good.
Women safe environment. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

About the Area
The house is located and very convenient for buses and trains, a few minutes walk from house. Supermarkets nearby.
Lots of green space near by including a lake, woods and other green walking spaces. Greenwich is about 15 minutes by train or half hour by bus, trains to London about 5 minutes walk to the train station, then 25 mins o London Bridge 30-35 minutes Charing Cross. The new Queen Elizabeth line will take you to central London and the City within minutes , and to Heathrow Airport.
City Airport is within 20 minutes from the house. Direct train from Abbey Wood to Luton Airport and St Pancras International. Abbey Wood station is on the Queen Elizabeth line, with direct links Heathrow Airport within 35 minutes . ( Google for other destinations for this train route).

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Smoking allowed only in the Garden, and in the interest of hygiene, please remove outdoor shoes, in the hall, before going upstairs.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
