The room is equipped with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair and the room is located on the second floor with bathroom facilities. The rooms have good lighting, ventilation and heating. It is accessible to Wi-Fi and television.
We are seeking honest, respectable, approachable child/young person friendly individuals, who do not mind living with a family of 3 (2 professional people and 1 child)
The house is 4 bedrooms, 2-bathroom property with a living and dining room, a large kitchen and utility/laundry room. There’s also a front and back garden. More photos of the room, the house and family are available on request to interested potential tenants. .

About the Area
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with good links to the tube & railway station, (Lea bridge station 6 minutes to Stratford International, Westfield Shopping center and the Olympic park). Good choice of buses to Hackney Central, as well as the underground to the central & Victoria line.
It is five minutes walk from the local Leisure Centre (gym, swim etc.), beauty salons/barbers, restaurants/bars, supermarkets and other shops. There is also a football club and two hospitals within very close proximity. Other local attractions include libraries, historic churches, museums, malls and nightclubs; Lea Valley Park for ice skating, bike riding, walking, horse riding, tennis, and golf. Epping Forest is nearby for hiking, riding and picnics.

1. I would like to ensure that safety within the home is the top of priority. All doors, window must be close and locked when leaving the house
2. Respect personal space and time, do not enter rooms unless invited
3. Visitors must be in agreement
4. Must keep room, kitchen and longe are tidy after use
5. All rubbish to be emptied for collection by the collection date
6.Keep noise to a minimum
7. Secure all personal documents when leaving the house
8. No smoking indoors
9. Loss of key to be reported immediately
10.No additional electrical heating apart from the ones provided

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
