You be sharing the space with me and my husband and our 2 friendly cats. In very nice area Zone 2 area with a lot train stations and buses can get you into central part of London within 15 to 20mins.
Alot to do within Brixton with plenty of restaurants, bars, cinema.

I am algeric to shell fish and pork... so these food can not be cooked or brought into the house at all
Payment paid 2days before arrival.
No other guests are allowed over at any point other than those specified and agreed at the time of booking. The room is not suitable for children or babies, and we ask that you are 18 and over.
The apartment is generally always in a clean state, and we ask that you please keep clean after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as the bedroom.
Note that this is a shared house, so there are certain cupboards and appliances that are not to be used or accessed during your stay (only the ones marked can be used, including Kettle, microwave, toaster,Light cooking accepted (please note that complimentary breakfast not included).
We are a very energy & eco-conscious home, and therefore ask that our guests respectfully only consume whatever they need, and avoid things such as leaving lights on unattended and any other unnecessary usage that can otherwise be avoided.

Great host and location, very near to bus stop and shops.
She was very attentive and helpful.
The only thing that need improvement is the size of the toilet it's a wee bit small in sizeDecember 2023

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
