Step into comfort and style with our inviting and cozy large sunny south-facing room with a splash of elegence, boasting a double bed, ample space & storage, and a balcony providing a serene space for your stay.
Our 3 bedroom flat is a split level maisonette with the room downstairs (previously the living room) and is located on the top-floor (4th floor) of a quiet block (with Lift).
My partner and I work from home, so we're always around to help and suggest travel tips, have a lovely catch up and of course equally leave you to your own devices.
Only a stone throw away from all of what central London has to offer, this room is amazingly situated between Stockwell Station (4 min walk) and Vauxhall station (12 min walk) with excellent transportation links and easy access into practically all major areas throughout London (and beyond!)

This property is amazingly situated between Stockwell station (4 min walk) and Vauxhall station (12 min walk) with excellent transportation links and easy access into practically all major areas throughout London:
- Bus stop with No. 2 & 88 bus across the street that goes directly to all of the iconic Central London destinations, including Camden Town, Victoria, Park Lane, Hyde Park, Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus to name a few!
- 4 min walk to Stockwell tube station (Victoria & Northern lines)
- Vauxhall Overground station (1 stop away from either Waterloo or Clapham junction) and allows you to get to anywhere in the UK
- Vauxhall Bus station - massive array of buses connecting to all major parts of London
- Two x 24 hour gyms within 5-10 min walk
- Various supermarkets nearby
- Many local restaurants and cafes all along the main road
- Local bicycles nearby can be rented to explore London

House Rules
No other guests are allowed over at any point other than those specified and agreed at the time of booking. The room is not suitable for children or babies, and we ask that you are 18 and over.
The apartment is generally always in a clean state, and we ask that you please keep clean after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as the bedroom.
Note that this is a shared house, so there are certain cupboards and appliances that are not to be used or accessed during your stay (only the ones marked can be used, including Kettle, microwave, toaster, nespresso machine, etc). Light cooking accepted (please note that complimentary breakfast not included).
We are a very energy & eco-conscious home, and therefore ask that our guests respectfully only consume whatever they need, and avoid things such as leaving lights on unattended and any other unnecessary usage that can otherwise be avoided.
Please note the Fireplace is there as a feature only - Turning it on is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (if this rule is broken and the fireplace is found to be used in any way then we will get you to forfeit the room).
Please note that Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the apartment.
Cash payment upon arrival.
We will also require a £100 deposit payable in advance to secure your reservation. This will be refunded back to you upon checking out (providing no damage, key loss etc, at which point we reserve the right to charge additionally). We will also ask to see the passports of all guests for our security and protection.

Please note that any check-in's after 11pm, or checkouts before 7:30am will incur an extra £25 fee.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
