Have a warm and vibrant experience in a household full of plants, creativity, and home-cooked meals! The room we’re offering is a sun-soaked space with a double bed available. Myself and my girlfriend, Elizabeth, will be your hosts. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, with amenities including an espresso machine, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
We are a friendly Italian-Caribbean household, employed in education and healthcare. We work fairly regular hours. We enjoy hosting in every capacity, and regularly have guests over for dinner over wine and good music. We absolutely love to cook, and will be happy to provide your meals for you! We’re also passionate about exploring London, and love attending community events in beautiful Brixton.
You won’t find a cozier space here in London- we can’t wait to host you!

Located a 15 minute walk from Brixton station, and a short bus ride to both Clapham Junction and Streatham train stations. We are located just a few minutes walk between several parks, including the famous Brockwell Park!
A train from Brixton into central London is approximately 20 minutes.

A really enjoyable stay,Marco and Elizabeth are fantastic hosts,very welcoming and had great conversations, they were also kind enough to cook for me which was a lovely surprise was really nice,the location is great too, a nice quiet street but with good connections, easy to walk to tube or bus stop nearby,I hope to return again soon!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
