Our Home:
Family home with friendly doggy, large furnished twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, micro-wave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster, dining area, living room, bathroom and garden.
Room offered has 2 single beds. Desks can be added to the room, on request. First floor overlooking garden. Privacy as the rest of the house is situated on the ground floor.
Friendly home, laundry, light breakfast included, so you can get on with your studies or vacation and enjoy your stay. Just let me know your dietary requirements. Happy to guide your travels around London.
Second double bedroom on ground floor, in preparation 9x12ft, see photos, carpet, curtains and bed to add and will be ready mid May.
We love meeting new people and welcome visitors to our wonderful city. Our gorgeous gentle doggy, may follow you around looking for love and hugs.
Note: Living room is currently not in use because it is being used whilst another room is being decorated. However, the kitchen is large and has a nice dining/sitting area.

Walking distance to West Hampstead high street and Kilburn high street. Five minute tube journey to Swiss Cottage and large multi-sport leisure centre. Ten minute walk to the famous Arthur Murray dance school.
Close to London Underground (Kilburn and West Hampstead), London Overground (Brondesbury), and also London Thameslink (West Hampstead). A few minutes from the local high street, shopping area and bus routes to Central London. Ideal location for easy travel to mainline stations and tube links to London Airports, and to explore famous London landmarks, shopping locations and access London nightlife. Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Regents Park, Camden Market, London Zoo, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and many more sights.

Garden - needs loving care. If you have green fingers, enjoy some gardening.
Laundry - once a week. You sort your own washing, I will happily get it washed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
