We live in a large 3 bedroom spacious house in a leafy suburb of Bromley border of Lewisham, with my 10 year old hard studying son and every 3 weekends my house comes alive when my 1 year old granddaughter comes to stay, she is lovely. Generally our house is quiet and is located and a quiet road which is only about 6 minutes walk from the local amenities, bus stop and train station.
My house has central heating, carpets throughout, toilet and bathroom are separate, the kitchen is big and bright, with the dining table located in the front room with a plasma Cable TV and NEW FREE WIFI the internet connection is very fast.
We look forward to welcoming you into our lovely fresh, clean, organised, airy family friendly home. Have a safe travel to the UK, take care.

Parking for two guests cars right outside my house.
We only speak English in our home.
Please remove outdoor shoes when inside and wash up after yourself. Always leave the washrooms clean and tidy.

Our house is located in a leafy quiet suburbs of Bromley. We are surrounded by houses with lovely neighbours. The local shops, pharmacy, post office and take away restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. All bus stops are also just 5 minutes away. The nearest train station is Grove Park which is located only 10 minutes away.

House Rules
Our house is painted cream and white throughout with good sized windows which let's in a lot of lovely sun light making it adequate for studying, the students double room is positioned at the back of my house over looking the garden giving them a lovely tranquil room. My road is a quiet safe road and only 5 minutes walk from the local shops, bus stop and 10 minutes from Grove Park Train Station.
I work as a fraud investigator for a leading car insurance company. My neighbours are great and helpful.
I used to be a childminder and I have all the certificates.
We look forward to welcoming a foreign student into our lovely fresh and airy home.

Neat, clean, tidy, quiet, friendly and very attractive package, top drawer stuff-wife does not necessarily agree with this assessment, and, oh yes, the house, neat, clean, tidy, quiet, friendly etc- wife concurs

Denise is a very nice and kind lady. The house I stayed is very clean and quiet. It is definitely a good place for study. In regards to transportation, is very convenience to go to London by train. There are many shops and eateries in the neighbourhood. However, there are two little problems I faced ie. no wifi available in the house and no handshower in the bathroom, which I am not accustomed to. I will definitely come here to stay again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
