Really delecious food, talkative and friendly ..
There is some annoying insects .. that come from the outside garden
but im looking forward to coming back again! :D

It was my first time traveling alone to London and my initial concerns were about my safety and the ease of getting around to places. I count myself as being really lucky to have chosen tencey's place as firstly the location is good and safe and secondly tencey was really generous and helpful during my stay . she helped me with getting groceries and brought me shopping and etc . basically she made me feel so at home and if I were to visit London again I'll definitely choose this place . thank you tencey :)

After staying at Tencey's house we are still wondering how could have been so lucky chosing to stay with this family between the big amount of families of the web page.
It is difficult to feel at home in somebody else's but Tencey makes it easy.
She and her family are nice, funny, generous, good heart, good people, open-minded,authentic, really alive people, reliable and unique. Honestly, there are very few people like them nowadays.
If you decide to stay at Tencey´s home you can be sure you are in good hands.September 2011

The house is located 5-10 min from the neareast bus stop and 15 from the nearest train station. I loved so much my time here that I decided to stay a bit longer. Tencey's house is the perfect place for those travelling for the first time to London.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
