The Basket Room and Arty Double Room
I have a lovely single room beautifully decorated with an array of baskets I have collected overseas called the Basket Room. It's roomy, peaceful and overlooks the garden.
The Arty Double Bedroom is spacious and has ample wardrobe and drawer space. It has a double bed, wardrobe, and table and chairs for use.
We are in a lovely semi-detached home in Battersea, London. This is very central in London and with excellent transport links throughout. There is a beautiful garden and decking to enjoy on summer days. This is an artist's house with a collection of original paintings throughout.
The house is within easy reach of London's main attractions with good transport links, buses, tube and trains. Within walking distance to the new iconic Battersea Power Station and Northern Line underground stop that takes you to the West End in 12 minutes. Bus routes and reliable train services. We are only a few minutes walk to beautiful Battersea Park on the banks River the Thames. The area has many trendy restaurants and pubs and local shopping amenities.
You are welcome to use the microwave, toaster and kettle in the kitchen There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The house has an open plan kitchen with mod cons, including a washing machine. A beautiful oak bar bench for dining.
All bedding and towels are provided. Modern shower room. House has adorable cats so if you are allergic, not suitable.
You are free to enjoy the garden and dine alfresco or drink your morning coffee on the decking. Check-in time is from 5pm to 10pm. I am happy for you to drop your bags off earlier if I am free. Check-out is at 11am. Homestays policy is that you provide id and pay on arrival I hope this is agreeable with you

Felicity is a very kind host, let us arrive earlier as she had to be away later in the afternoon. The room was ok, the bed comfortable. The rest of the house might benefit of some more attention.

Felicity was very helpful with telling me where to go and my options for catching the bus or train for sight seeing. She was polite and nice to visit with. The room provided for me to stay in was simple, but good for those that just need a place to sleep.
