I have a 6 bedroom house, fully furnished to top standard and very clean and tidy. We are only 2 of us living in the house. We are retired but still young and energetic with a positive outlook and great inter-personal skills.

About the Area
My house is on a quiet country lane with tall trees and shrubs. Bus stop is about a km away and the train station is a couple of kms away. But Buses are few and far between. It would take 5 to 7 minutes to the train station by taxi.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The price is given for one person. If there is more than one sharing, please inquire about costs. Rooms are extremely large and spacious: Room 1 can accomodate upto 3 people and room 2 can accomodate 2.
Breakfast is not included in the rate
May I kindly request the guest to keep the room clean, tidy and smelling fresh. At the check out- there will be some cleaning charges. If you are staying for more than a week, kindly ensure to clean or request for help at additional cost.
My house is semi-rural. It is a 5 to 7 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
You are responsible for your luggage on your arrival; there is no assistance available to carry heavy stuff.
Check-in between 3pm and 10pm
Check out between 10am and 12pm

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
