My house in centrally located near Maidstone town centre, and easy access to public transport to London and Medway towns, Rochester, Canterbury, Hastings. The house is a semi detach house, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a double bedroom with own TV/CD, and own shower room which is downstairs for the guests. Second bedroom with single bed with own TV, wardrobe, side table, lamp. Use of open plan kitchen and dining room area. Parking outside the house, and a large garden to sit out on a sunny day listening to all kinds of birds. It is a quiet and house and area, and is kept very clean and tidy, and would respect all guests to do the same.
Maureen is 53 and enjoy Interior Design, music, painting, travelling, learning foreign languages and culture, nature, and fashion trends and vintage, support and help the welfare of cruelty and abandonment for dogs and animals worldwide.
I speak English and Cantonese, easy going, but private person and do like my privacy, and respect my guest privacy as well. Must like dogs for they are in the household.

About the Area
The house near the Loose main road, bus stop near to the house and 5 minutes drive to Maidstone West and East Rail Station, and 30 - 40 miles drive to Hasting and Eastbourne.
Maidstone town is full of shops and café, bars, restaurants, and museums, and River walks, close to M25 to London.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
